In 2016, John C. Haydon was awarded CEO of the Year, presented by ActionCOACH Louisville. Here is what his coach, Mark, had to say about John's achievements:
"At the end of 2015, John Haydon new that something needed to change in his team in order to get the business where he wanted it to go. He kicked off 2016 with an all team meeting to set the tone for the year and started working on creating a "new" RAME Contracting. By the end of 2016, RAME had a new vision, mission, and core values that every member of the team knew and quite often demonstrated in the field. The results were astounding - on the business side, significantly improved Revenues and Net Profit, and on the people side, he had happier team members, record low attrition, lower stress levels and more fun everywhere you looked! As recognition for these business and charitable results, ActionCOACH Louisville is proud to name John Haydon our CEO of the Year." - Mark McNulty, VP of Operations & Certified Business Coach
